The Fascia Massager™ Oval is ideally sized for treating the hands, neck and feet, but can be used to release tension and smooth out connective tissue anywhere on the body.

Slowly roll the massager oval between your hands and forearms, up your neck, between your fingers, or squeeze it in your palm to massage the tissues. In addition, the massager oval creates a sensory experience that re-informs your brain of how your body feels and moves, promoting relaxation and natural movement.

This Franklin Fascia Massager™ Oval is designed for use with Franklin Method® exercises, which combine movement with mindfulness techniques. Use as a massage tool for fascia release and to comfortably roll out tight trigger points, relieve tension and soothe sore muscles. Or use for proprioception training by gently tapping the body or rolling different areas of the body over the massager oval.
