Return Policy

At Canadian Medical Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Packaging must be in good condition and free from damage or markings.

  • The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.

Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

  • Return Shipping
    If the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Incontinence supplies

  • Bathroom safety products

  • Mobility scooters

  • Ostomy Supplies 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to request return authorization.

  2. Package the Item – Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  3. Ship the Return – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.
